The design goes from her armpit to her ankle (the pic doesn't show the armpit work). We adapted the design from her hospital gown, which she was hospitalized for near-fatal anemia the day after my wedding (she was one of my bridesmaids!). Thankfully, she fully recovered!
The piece on her hip was designed by her, and you can see it in the Color Page 2 section.
